Customer Service Training
Customer Service is the one of the cornerstones of the PPG PROSTARS program and key to a more successful future. The Star Quality Customer Service Training Program was developed and is available only to PPG PROSTARS participants.
Criteria for Participants
The following criteria are minimum requirements for all PPG PROSTARS participants.
- Clean customer waiting area
- Clean, customer accessible restroom
- Customer parking area
- Normal business hours (e.g. Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Employ at least one certified auto glass technician
- Provide facility liability insurance carrier, limits and expiration date
- Provide workers comp insurance carrier and expiration date
- Provide digital photography showing:
- Overall view of the front of the facility
- Office/reception area
- Repair area
